Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:  Please allow 3 to 4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 to 4 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

STORE PICKUP:  409 Palace Drive, Hammond, LA 70403.  Orders can be picked up daily during our storefront's hours of operation. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.  Packages are held for 30 days.  Review our full Local Pickup Hold Policy here.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:  Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days using USPS or UPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to all continental US orders.  Flat rate shipping fee of $25 for all Canada orders.

 

FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders $150 or more.  No discount code is needed.
